Senior Platform Engineer, Pipeline

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Transfer Azure DevOps pipelines to GitLab CI/CD.

• Revise current IaC templates to OpenTofu.

• Create reusable IaC modules.

• Implement and manage self-hosted GitLab infrastructure.

• Automate provisioning across hybrid environments.

• Work collaboratively with Kubernetes and architecture teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps positions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with OpenTofu / Terraform.

• Profound experience in designing and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in migrating from Azure DevOps to GitLab.

• Strong background in Linux.

• Comprehensive understanding of networking, security, and Kubernetes basics.

• Experience in managing IaC at an enterprise level.

• An automation-first mindset and operational strategy.

• Nice to have: experience in .NET application modernization and containerization.

• Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and creating golden images.

• Experience with load balancer and firewall automation.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in daily workflows.
