Senior Physician Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture trusted, collaborative relationships with designated providers, including physicians, practice administrators, and their teams.

• Engage in regular virtual and in-person meetings to assess performance, collaboratively devise improvement strategies, and tackle challenges to change.

• Guide providers in implementing Clarify’s change management methodology.

• Act as the main point of contact and advocate for designated providers.

• Facilitate workflow enhancements, education, and awareness regarding value-based care requirements, quality measures, and performance incentives.

• Work alongside internal teams to eliminate obstacles to provider adoption.

• Utilize Clarify’s platform to pinpoint high-opportunity practices, analyze referral patterns, and monitor behavior change indicators.

• Convert complex data into straightforward, actionable insights for providers and practices.

• Maintain comprehensive CRM records in Salesforce, documenting interactions, change-stage assessments, and engagement activities.

• Track initiatives, leading indicators, and results of engagement strategies.

• Provide reports on territory performance, behavior-change patterns, and projected impacts.

• Participate in ride-alongs and joint visits with customer liaisons.

• Evaluate readiness and identify skill gaps to create tailored coaching plans.

• Design and implement training on engagement playbooks, insights, change management, and CRM documentation.

• Assess success metrics for customer liaisons and their capability development.

• Enhance engagement playbooks and training materials using insights from field experience and outcome data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, including at least 3 years in a direct provider-facing capacity.

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training individuals in a professional environment.

• Ability to build trust and credibility with physicians and practice staff through partnership-focused engagement.

• Skilled in interpreting healthcare utilization data, cost trends, referral patterns, and quality metrics.

• Proficient in working with analytics platforms and Excel.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to translate complex data into provider-specific narratives and deliver presentations to clinical and administrative audiences.

• Experience in developing training content, talk tracks, or engagement strategies for field teams.

• Ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize tasks, and achieve results with minimal oversight.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and structured engagement tools; Salesforce experience preferred.

• Openness to utilizing AI-powered tools and insights.

• Possess a player/coach mentality and a consultative approach.

• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to interpersonal dynamics.

• Strong work ethic, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

• Preferred: Master’s degree, experience in practice operations or transformation, exposure to change management or behavioral science, ACO/MSSP/commercial value-based care experience, and familiarity with healthcare analytics platforms.

• Ideally based within or close to assigned market territories; candidates outside priority regions must be willing to travel extensively.
