• Enhance backend APIs, business logic, and database queries using PHP.

• Develop and improve UI components with React and modern JavaScript.

• Deliver features from inception to production deployment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both legacy and contemporary code.

• Create automated tests for backend and frontend workflows.

• Engage in code reviews and participate in technical discussions.

• Assume responsibility for specific backend services, API endpoints, or frontend modules.

• Assist in transitioning legacy PHP/jQuery code to modern full-stack architectures.

• Enhance performance, reliability, and scalability throughout the stack.

• Mentor fellow engineers through pairing and constructive feedback.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in building and maintaining scalable web applications.

• Strong foundational knowledge in PHP, including OOP, MVC, and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.

• Proficient in full-stack development, encompassing PHP backend and JavaScript frontend.

• Capable of navigating and modernizing legacy PHP codebases.

• Experience with REST APIs, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).

• Ability to write automated tests using PHPUnit, Jest, or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiar with deployment pipelines, Git, and CI/CD practices.

• Experience with AI agents and the implementation and development of AI tools and agents.

• Preference for delivering incremental improvements rather than major rewrites.
