Senior PHP Developer – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire app backend – from the core to the customer loyalty API

• Designing the backend architecture across all domains

• Ensuring quality – from CI/CD to test coverage and code quality

• Implementing innovative development practices

• Clarifying technical requirements and bridging the gap between business and technology

• Mentoring developers within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in backend development, preferably in the e-commerce sector

• Proficient in PHP, ideally with modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony

• Conceptualizing, integrating, and maintaining RESTful APIs

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment workflows (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)

• Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL as well as caching (e.g., Redis)

• Software architecture, design patterns, clean code (SOLID), object-oriented design, and TDD are standard

• Excellent German language skills (at least C1) and fluent English in both spoken and written forms

• Residency in Germany is required
