Senior PHP Backend Entwickler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist your team in the ongoing development and new implementation of configuration for online ticketing for events.

• Design and develop new features: from requirement analysis to the execution of individual development steps.

• Balance solution-oriented, pragmatic, and economic considerations between visionary ideas and optimal software architecture.

• Take charge of process monitoring, paying particular attention to scalability.

• Engage in some operations (DevOps, Terraform) in collaboration with our two administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• You enjoy working in agile teams and operate in a self-organized and responsible manner.

• You have solid knowledge: from the backend through infrastructure (IaC) to the database.

• You possess several years of professional experience with Node.js, React, and SQL, and are proficient in JavaScript (ideally with TypeScript).

• You can read and create integrations for our legacy code using PHP and Symfony.

• You have an eye for clean architectures and interfaces.

• You enhance your work with the help of unit tests and similar tools and use GIT to stay in sync with your team.

• You are eager to learn and do not hesitate to explore new programming languages, technologies, and methodologies.

• You are fluent in English and have a good command of German (minimum B2).
