This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Serves as a communication bridge between Finance, Analytics, IT, and Pharmacy.
• Emphasizes the importance of comprehending data content and the business logic that underlies all data transformations for reporting purposes.
• Cultivates in-depth knowledge of the data and systems utilized both internally and externally within the Pharmacy Department.
• Collects requirements, conducts analysis, and aids in the development and testing of processes.
• Assesses and documents the applications, data, and related technologies pertinent to the Pharmacy Department.
• A Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED.
• A minimum of 2 years in Database Management is REQUIRED.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis is REQUIRED.
• A minimum of 2 years in Managed Care is REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in SQL (Intermediate–Advanced) with a preference for experience in writing queries from scratch.
• Familiarity with datasets, including an understanding of table relationships, joins, and data flow across systems is preferred.
• Experience with Databricks is preferred, particularly in data engineering and big data platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel are preferred, specifically in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
• A proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems using available resources is preferred.
