This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead the team tasked with ICSR management for designated projects or project groups.
• Directly manage ICSR personnel.
• Ensure effective task allocation and supervise workflow processes.
• Foster strong collaboration with clients in ICSR Management.
• Contribute to the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide assistance to project teams on behalf of clients and the organization.
• Develop and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.
• Enhance procedures, training, and strategies to boost ICSR team efficiency.
• Recommend process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manage ICSR deviations with the guidance of the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.
• Engage in ICSR processing and perform second quality control checks on cases.
• Assist other departments as directed.
• Serve as the designated team subject matter expert.
• Support the RA & PV Network Department, including acting as LCPPV for the specified country and PRLS for the assigned language.
• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or possess experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Demonstrated strong prior experience in pharmacovigilance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a line management position.
• Experience with medical devices is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organizational skills, including a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient delegation skills.
• Strong planning and time management capabilities.
• Technical proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
