Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Handling Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from various sources in accordance with relevant regulations and client-specific requirements.

• Conducting ICSR follow-up for Serious Adverse Events (SAE) and Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reactions (SUSAR) Management.

• Ensuring the protection of personal data.

• Managing Product Quality Complaints and collaborating with Quality Assurance.

• Engaging in Medical Information interactions.

• Overseeing workflow and resource management.

• Assisting with Pharmacovigilance processes related to ICSR management within PrimeVigilance as well as supporting clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• At least 1 year of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Management capabilities, encompassing time and issue management skills.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an advanced level.

• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
