📋 Description

• Implement, evolve, and maintain transactional card authorization journeys, ensuring efficient communication with fraud prevention and credit domains.

• Develop robust integrations using Go (Golang), gRPC, and AWS, focusing on high availability and low latency.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in critical environments, fostering continuous improvements in performance and resilience.

• Define and disseminate backend technical standards, security best practices, and performance guidelines for the team.

• Lead code reviews, refactor existing systems, and resolve critical production incidents.

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for distributed systems with an emphasis on automation and reliability.

• Ensure system observability through DataDog, promoting efficient monitoring and incident response.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical mastery of Go (Golang) for backend systems.

• Experience with AWS (essential services for backend and cloud integration).

• Development and consumption of APIs and microservices using gRPC.

• Advanced source code management with Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution).

• Creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

• Implementation of monitoring solutions with DataDog.

• Advanced knowledge in algorithms, data structures, performance, and security for distributed applications.

• Prior experience with financial systems, particularly card authorization or fraud prevention.

• Advanced understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems.

• Proficiency in machine learning techniques applied to fraud detection.

• AWS or Go certifications.

• Experience with DevSecOps practices in regulated or PCI-DSS environments.
