This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Develop tailored paid media strategies for clients and oversee the comprehensive execution of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other pertinent channels.
• Create campaign frameworks, audience strategies, budget outlines, and testing roadmaps.
• Conduct and evaluate A/B tests to enhance campaign performance and meet objectives.
• Track live campaign performance and apply data-driven optimizations across targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgets.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
• Ensure precise conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and forecasting methodologies.
• Lead reporting and forecasting efforts, transforming performance data into clear actionable steps.
• Provide guidance on creative direction informed by campaign performance, platform best practices, and business goals.
• Collaborate with the Digital Account Strategist to foster client success and promote account growth.
• Make proactive adjustments to campaign strategies based on performance data, market trends, and expertise.
• Engage in client meetings and assist with proposals or sales discussions.
• Enhance internal processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting systems, and workflows.
• Contribute knowledge to proposals by outlining realistic scopes and effective solutions for potential clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical paid media experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Familiarity with DSP and Programmatic Advertising.
• Demonstrated capability to plan, strategize, lead, and execute campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, reporting, forecasting, conversion tracking, UTM structures, and naming conventions.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Proficient in ad performance tracking tools such as Keitaro.
• Proven experience with campaign cloaking techniques.
• Ability to perform quality assurance on tracking, identify delivery issues, and clearly articulate measurement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in direct client interaction and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Capability to provide creative direction and work effectively with designers and creative teams.
• Experience in making proactive adjustments to campaigns based on performance data.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in iGaming or other highly regulated industries, with a willingness to continue in these sectors.
• Knowledge of acquiring and setting up advertising accounts as needed.
• Ability to transfer campaigns and advertising accounts between business managers and platforms.
• Salary range of €3,500–€4,500, with flexibility for outstanding candidates.
• Full-time, completely remote position.
