This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Initiate and oversee numerous client campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social media platforms for premium clients, ensuring all campaigns achieve or surpass their KPIs.
• Manage high-value client accounts, guaranteeing that all campaign goals are met or exceeded.
• Create and execute customized strategies to fulfill client objectives, utilizing extensive platform expertise.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, implementing data-driven optimizations to enhance results.
• Offer guidance and support to junior team members, aiding in skill development and improving campaign outcomes.
• Actively identify and seek opportunities to expand successful campaigns and optimize those that are underperforming.
• Leverage data-driven insights to make educated decisions regarding budget allocation and targeting strategies.
• Establish and implement comprehensive A/B testing frameworks to continuously enhance campaign performance.
• Write high-converting copy to support ad campaigns, enhance landing page conversion rates, and boost video campaign performance.
• Manage a Meta/TikTok advertising budget ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 each month for performance spending.
• Develop scripts for ad copy, creative content, and various messaging in your advertorials.
• Collaborate with our Creative team to enhance video ad campaigns.
• Work alongside the CSM team to identify and address high-level issues.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing performance-based Facebook campaigns for lead generation.
• At least 2 years of experience in an agency environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in direct response marketing.
• Experience overseeing performance expenditures of $100K+/month focused on lead generation.
• Familiarity with creating creative briefs and ideating video campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly preferred: Experience in enhancing conversion rate optimization.
