This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance daily SEM operations across various sectors such as SMB lending, credit cards, insurance, and banking, focusing on bidding strategies, budget distribution, ad copy creation, keyword oversight, and optimizing campaign structures.

• Create, implement, and evaluate structured experiments targeting different audiences, creative concepts, bidding techniques, and landing page experiences, consolidating results into scalable optimization playbooks and frameworks for growth.

• Establish and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards utilizing Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, and other analytics platforms to assess marketing performance, spot opportunities, and provide actionable insights.

• Oversee and refine campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads, employing best practices in campaign architecture, automation, and performance enhancement.

• Develop and expand new paid social acquisition programs on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok by defining channel strategies, testing creative methods, and creating repeatable growth processes.

• Independently lead initiatives from conception to launch and subsequent performance analysis, providing structure, momentum, and sound business judgment in a dynamic environment.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, BI, Creative, and broader Marketing teams to enhance acquisition performance and ensure channel strategies align with overarching SMB business objectives.

• Remain updated on industry trends, platform modifications, privacy advancements, and emerging growth prospects to continually refine acquisition strategies and uphold a competitive advantage.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of practical experience in SEM and performance marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or other regulated sectors.

• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, with a background in managing large, intricate account structures and optimizing for measurable business results.

• Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Looker, or comparable platforms.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to create reports, interpret complex performance metrics, identify actionable insights, and influence strategy through data-driven suggestions.

• Proven success in designing and executing structured experiments and turning insights into scalable enhancements.

• Experience with or a keen interest in paid social acquisition channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar growth platforms.

• Ability to work autonomously, effectively manage ambiguity, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling the translation of complex marketing performance data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams.
