This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and implement a data-centric strategy for customer acquisition and growth across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and other emerging paid social platforms.
• Explore innovative and emerging platforms to discover growth opportunities pertinent to audiences in Mexico and Canada.
• Modify and customize global paid social strategies for Mexico and Canada, ensuring they are culturally relevant, aligned with regional market dynamics, appropriately localized in language, and in tune with local buying behaviors.
• Take full ownership of the entire campaign strategy and execution process — from audience targeting and creative briefing to ad trafficking, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Employ A/B testing and experimentation to continually enhance ad creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging across various platforms.
• Utilize performance data to guide creative direction, audience segmentation, campaign organization, and bidding techniques that promote efficiency and results.
• Evaluate and present campaign performance, implementing suggestions to identify new growth avenues and enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the broader Americas Marketing team to create integrated campaigns that fulfill regional growth objectives.
• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara's cultural principles as we expand globally and into new markets.
• 5+ years of practical experience in Paid Social, showcasing expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV; familiarity with Reddit or other emerging social platforms is a notable advantage.
• Experience overseeing paid social budgets in Mexico and/or Canada, with insights into the distinct media landscape, platform behaviors, and audience dynamics in each market.
• Proficient in developing campaigns and ads directly using platform-native tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads for YouTube).
• Background in working with high-growth SaaS products, a comprehensive understanding of the B2B sales funnel, and knowledge of the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo.
• Competent in trafficking ads, implementing tracking tags in Google Tag Manager, and grasping server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.
• Results-driven and data-informed, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative insights to steer decisions and prioritize initiatives.
• Proven track record of building paid social channels from inception and scaling them to substantial spending levels, with a strong emphasis on impactful, high-return initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and creative teams.
• High degree of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently.
