This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Performance Marketing Execution, overseeing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that fosters efficient customer acquisition and long-term revenue (LTV) growth across dedicated channels and specified business areas.
• Enhance Marketing Acquisition Execution by managing and scaling essential performance channels with proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax), and other vital performance/direct response marketing channels; continuously optimizing to meet CAC, ROAS, and LTV objectives.
• Implement Advanced Bidding & Optimization by utilizing extensive knowledge of platform algorithms, bidding strategies, audience signals, and campaign structures to achieve significant growth and efficiency improvements.
• Develop Scalable Growth Engines through the creation and execution of integrated, performance-oriented marketing plans across paid, owned, and partner channels, ensuring alignment of messaging, creative, and user experience to maximize conversion while upholding Greenlight brand standards.
• Oversee Marketing Investment Portfolio by managing budget allocation and optimization across campaigns using a portfolio approach, dynamically adjusting spending to maximize marginal returns and ensure efficient scaling.
• Comprehend Unit Economics and Contribute to Channel Forecasting by constructing and managing detailed forecasts for spend, volume, and efficiency metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback), utilizing data to guide decisions for sustainable and profitable growth.
• Optimize the Funnel End-to-End through collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams by identifying and executing opportunities across the acquisition funnel, from ad creative to landing page and onboarding, employing CRO, creative testing, and audience iteration to enhance conversion rates and LTV/CAC ratios.
• Propel Automation & Operational Excellence by implementing automation, AI tools, and scripting to enhance campaign management speed, reporting, and optimization workflows—creating repeatable processes that boost speed, accuracy, and scale.
• Establish Scalable Testing Frameworks by creating and operationalizing statistically sound testing frameworks across channels, creatives, and landing experiences to facilitate rapid experimentation and ongoing performance improvements.
• Translate Ecosystem Strategy into Action by understanding the function of each channel within the wider marketing ecosystem, leveraging attribution models and channel-specific metrics to optimize overall performance and business results.
• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth, demonstrating deep, hands-on ownership and expertise in key performance marketing channels such as Meta Ads, programmatic media, and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax).
• A proven history of driving double-digit growth and enhancing efficiency by reducing CAC and increasing LTV over short time frames (e.g., quarterly YoY).
• A thorough understanding of platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques across major paid channels.
• Significant experience with programmatic buying and bidding strategies, with the capability to assess and scale incremental channels.
• Expertise in unit economics and forecasting, including metrics such as CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback periods.
• Experience in implementing automation (AI tools, scripts, workflow systems) to enhance execution speed and marketing efficacy.
• Strong foundation in creative testing, CRO, and funnel optimization, coupled with a data-driven experimental approach.
• Familiarity with managing DTC e-commerce and/or subscription products, as well as cross-selling strategies.
• A demonstrated capacity to work as a highly autonomous individual contributor, managing strategy and execution from start to finish.
