This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the paid media strategy across all digital channels, including SEM, paid social, programmatic display, CTV, and new platforms.
• Lead channel planning with a comprehensive perspective, ensuring campaigns are aligned with the buyer journey and generate qualified demand.
• Manage a substantial paid media budget with full responsibility for pacing, allocation, ROI, and performance.
• Make real-time investment decisions based on performance analytics, reallocating expenditures to maximize pipeline impact.
• Oversee both direct expenditures and investments in third-party vendors.
• Execute always-on paid media programs that facilitate continuous demand generation.
• Collaborate closely with the Revenue Marketing team to enhance key campaigns, launches, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement advanced audience targeting strategies.
• Develop and optimize account-based marketing initiatives for priority accounts.
• Create retargeting programs that support lengthy B2B buying cycles and maintain prospect engagement.
• Own performance outcomes, including MQL targets, pipeline contribution objectives, and cost-per-opportunity benchmarks.
• Regularly monitor results and proactively identify and address any performance gaps.
• Build and execute a structured testing roadmap across channels, audiences, creative approaches, and bidding strategies.
• Continuously assess new opportunities to enhance performance and broaden reach.
• Collaborate with web, growth, content, and design teams to improve conversion rates across paid traffic experiences.
• Drive testing and optimization initiatives informed by performance data and user behavior insights.
• Leverage platform automation capabilities including Smart Bidding, AI-driven optimization, and audience expansion features.
• Understand when to utilize automation and when manual intervention is necessary.
• Manage agencies, contractors, freelancers, and platform representatives.
• Set clear expectations, accountability measures, and performance standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging channel opportunities.
• Utilize insights to enhance targeting, messaging, and the overall paid media strategy.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Act as the subject matter expert for paid media performance and strategy.
• Represent paid media insights in discussions with customers, prospects, and executives as needed.
• 7+ years of B2B performance marketing experience with comprehensive ownership of large-scale paid media programs.
• Proven ownership of revenue-impacting metrics, such as pipeline generation and demand creation performance.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in two or more of the following:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Meta
• Programmatic Display
• CTV/OTT
• Experience in managing and optimizing six- or seven-figure annual paid media budgets.
• Strong account-based marketing (ABM) experience.
• Familiarity with platforms like 6sense.
• Robust analytical and reporting skills, including experience with:
• Salesforce
• Tableau
• Dreamdata
• Looker
• Google Analytics
• Comparable reporting and attribution platforms
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies and A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience in managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Capability to build reports, analyze results, and independently generate actionable insights.
