📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend business objectives and devise thoughtful people strategies.

• Mentor managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, development, engagement, and organizational transformation.

• Facilitate significant people processes: hiring strategies, onboarding, promotions, investigations, exits, and change management.

• Possess a robust understanding of compensation philosophy, pay equity principles, and market benchmarking practices, collaborating with managers to ensure informed, consistent, and fair pay decisions.

• Utilize people data and qualitative insights to uncover trends and risks, converting findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Employ AI tools and emerging HR technologies to enhance workflows and scale people operations.

• Collaborate internally to develop and refine AI solutions and tools.

• Propel scalable people programs that align with core values and business requirements.

• Engage in talent planning, workforce planning, succession, and organizational design.

• Guide performance management processes and assist leaders in making sound talent decisions.

• Act as a thought partner on employee relations issues, demonstrating empathy, judgment, and consistency.

• Work alongside Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to ensure program execution and compliance.

• Enhance manager capability through clarity, tools, and reinforcement of effective people leadership practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in an HR/People Business Partner role, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

• Proven experience assisting organizations in transitioning from early-stage to scalable operations.

• Strong business partnering capabilities with the ability to foster trust across various functions and leadership styles.

• Exceptional manager coaching experience, covering performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.

• Analytical mindset with practical experience utilizing people data and dashboards to inform decisions.

• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and the application of emerging HR technology to enhance operations and the employee experience.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally on AI-driven tools such as HR chatbots or self-service platforms.

• Solid judgment regarding employee relations, compliance, and sensitive issues.

• Familiarity with employment law and practical HR compliance matters.

• Excellent communicator capable of facilitating challenging conversations and adapting to diverse audiences.

• Comfortable navigating between strategy and execution with a low-ego, builder mindset.

• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.

• Experience supporting global or multi-regional people operations is a plus.
