Senior People Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in advancing the enterprise people analytics strategy across critical areas.

• Engage in high-impact, organization-wide initiatives.

• Create and enhance self-service people data products.

• Take ownership of Data Warehousing and Data Architecture design choices.

• Introduce analytical precision to enterprise People programs.

• Utilize and interpret advanced methodologies as necessary.

• Act as a collaborator with HRBPs, People leaders, and analysts on data literacy.

• Advocate for data governance, privacy, and role-based access.

• Contribute to the roadmap, operating model, and culture of PAR.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a closely related discipline, with a minimum of 2-3 years in People Analytics / HR data.

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining executive-facing dashboards and data products within a BI tool (e.g., OneModel, Tableau, Looker).

• Advanced skills in SQL and experience with a contemporary cloud data warehouse like Snowflake.

• Ability to convert complex analytical results into clear narratives and actionable insights for HR/business leaders.

• Established expertise in multivariate analysis, including designing and interpreting regression models.

• Strong background in research methodology and psychometrics.

• Experience managing sensitive HR data with strong judgment concerning privacy, security, and role-based access controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
