Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist, COB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate with a significant level of independence, showcasing critical thinking and accountability for personal workflows and tasks.

• Serve as a mentor for all team members within the Business Unit.

• Potentially assist in onboarding new hires and training employees within the Business Unit.

• Collaborate with various levels of the organization on assigned projects and deliverables.

• Generate expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple functions for auditing, business optimization, and innovation.

• Hold accountability for a portfolio-wide impact across all business units and client partnerships.

• Develop and facilitate enhancements to audits through new tools that support team members in executing their responsibilities within databases.

• Carry out quality control to ensure thorough validation of submissions before exporting to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma - (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) and/or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in healthcare.

• A recommended 2 – 3 years of experience with Cotiviti for individuals pursuing their next internal opportunity.

• Experience in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of Coordination of Benefits.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong enthusiasm for working with large datasets and diverse databases.

• Capability to thrive in both individual and team settings, displaying self-motivation to achieve success.
