This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical assistance to partners through organizational support channels for Action Squared toolsets, adhering to L1 and L2 support/success metrics and processes.
• Act as the primary backup for L1 and/or Junior coverage gaps.
• Oversee the technical escalation and bug resolution processes for Action Network and/or Action Builder.
• Implement Partner Success strategies to uphold partner satisfaction standards and enhance the partner experience.
• Keep an up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of toolset features.
• Frequently lead documentation updates throughout toolset deployment cycles.
• Gather and apply feedback to enhance partner resources.
• Regularly conduct remote, live, and in-person introductory training sessions on toolsets for general and public partner audiences.
• Facilitate upskilling opportunities for L1 and/or Junior team members within specialization areas.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure organizational coherence for specialized projects and programs.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a user of Action Network and/or Action Builder.
• 3 to 5 years of experience engaging with partners, customers, or clients through direct retention, support, service, or training.
• Experience with technical writing.
• Familiarity with progressive movement technologies.
• Background in mobilization or organizing strategies within the progressive movement.
• A strong sense of empathy for customers and a commitment to enhancing user experience and journey.
• Experience in technical support utilizing a ticket management system.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute initiatives with a partner-centric focus.
• Self-motivated and resourceful in problem-solving approaches.
• Proven capacity to successfully execute collaborative, cross-team projects.
• Up to 2 years of project management experience, with a track record of leading and managing cross-team collaborative projects to completion.
• Excellent and proactive communication skills across various mediums.
• Interest in expanding technical knowledge and understanding adult learning principles.
