This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and enhance relationships with participating fitness facilities within Tivity’s Medicare and commercial networks
• Act as the main commercial liaison for partner locations
• Foster retention, partner satisfaction, and network expansion by serving as a trusted advisor
• Build and sustain robust connections with owners, executives, operators, and regional leaders
• Promote partner retention and engagement through proactive outreach and business assessments
• Discover opportunities to broaden partner participation across additional locations or services
• Evaluate partner performance metrics and propose strategies for growth and retention
• Collaborate with operations, product, support, sales, and client relations teams
• Assist with partner marketing and promotional efforts to boost program adoption
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development
• Preferred experience with multi-location operators, franchises, or healthcare networks
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
• Capability to analyze performance data and formulate strategic recommendations
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
