This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Propel profitable growth for our clients through data-driven performance marketing and strategic planning across social media channels.
• Design and implement impactful paid social advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Regularly meet monthly ad spend and revenue KPIs while maximizing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
• Perform data-centric media buying with thorough A/B testing for new creatives, audiences, and strategies to enhance campaign scalability.
• Advocate for Creative Strategy for your clients, formulating essential creative testing roadmaps and evaluating performance.
• Craft direct-response copy that connects with target audiences and produces engaging ads that capture attention.
• Work collaboratively with the design team to explore new creative perspectives and innovative concepts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by comprehending their objectives, establishing clear expectations, and delivering outstanding service.
• Discover and cultivate upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients to fortify brand foundations.
• Track and report on campaign performance to internal teams and clients, ensuring that targets are achieved and performance improves.
• Remain informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance advertising strategies.
• Engage actively in team meetings, sharing expertise and contributing to the overall success of the paid social team.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising, demonstrating success in managing clients with ad spend ranging from £30k to £50k monthly.
• In-depth understanding of advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an advertising agency, startup, or service-oriented business environment.
• Extensive background working with D2C industry clients and an understanding of their specific challenges.
• T-shaped marketing expertise with insights into various areas of the marketing funnel.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, enjoying the process of tracking and interpreting data.
• Proficient with reporting and analytics tools (Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, Agency Analytics).
• Skilled in campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Advanced comprehension of creative testing methodologies and performance evaluation.
• Exceptional copywriting abilities for direct-response advertising.
• Self-driven and proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking, with strong communication skills.
