This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take the lead in scaling our Meta campaigns with a strong emphasis on profitable new customer acquisition.
• Thoroughly analyze the entire funnel from the initial ad click to the checkout process, identifying specific optimization opportunities.
• Create and enhance scalable direct-response funnels, particularly focusing on long-form formats such as VSLs.
• Strategically advance our creative strategy beyond traditional static ads and user-generated content (UGC).
• Work closely with teams focused on direct-response copy, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Establish and refine a structured framework for creative testing.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising, particularly on Meta platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience within the e-commerce sector, preferably in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics.
• Strong grasp of direct response marketing principles and performance funnels.
• Ability to not only analyze data but also to formulate concrete hypotheses and tests based on the findings.
• Recognition of the significance of static ads and traditional UGC, while also understanding that long-form formats like VSLs are pivotal for the future of direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing.
• Experience in designing or strategically co-developing performance-driven creative content.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Proficient in both German and English.
