Senior Paid Social Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Meta advertising campaigns for a client portfolio comprising around 10 active accounts.

• Design, test, and refine lead generation funnels, video sales letters (VSLs), and scheduling systems to maximize conversion rates.

• Directly manage client relationships by leading weekly reporting calls and delivering clear, actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the founder to create compelling ad creatives, hooks, and messaging strategies.

• Track budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) and funnel economics.

• Systematize and document your processes to ease the onboarding of junior support as your portfolio expands.

• Proactively detect underperforming metrics and devise innovative solutions independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad expenditures across various accounts.

• Direct experience in the home services, home improvement, or contracting sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales processes and lead quality enhancement.

• Proven success in profitably scaling Meta campaigns using a structured testing approach.

• Capability to independently lead client calls and navigate challenging performance discussions with confidence.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert complex data into clear executive summaries.

• Experience in mentorship or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.

• Availability for significant overlap with EST/CST business hours.

• Specific experience within the insulation or HVAC industry.

• Advanced understanding of CRM integration and lead-tracking attribution.

• Background in copywriting or creative direction for direct-response video advertisements.
