This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage and supervise a portfolio of Paid Media accounts
• Provide direct assistance to client contacts
• Engage in weekly discussions with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, quality of work, and potential improvements in collaboration
• Generate referrals through client relationships and your professional network
• Develop strategic plans for clients on a quarterly basis
• Capable of creating, maintaining, and optimizing budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels
• Possess a deep understanding of client positioning and their unique value propositions
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM
• Recognize the importance of Programmatic campaigns
• Accountable for personal productivity and utilization
• Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to meet both internal and client objectives
• Implement and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
• Experience specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment
• Extensive knowledge of paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
• Proficient in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data utilizing tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and enhance campaign performance
• Capable of driving results and measurement via OCT
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Unique insights into how to create value for SaaS
• Ability to convey and articulate strategy and narrate stories using data
• Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Passionate about quality and maintaining integrity in advertising
• Motivated to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively exploring how AI and automation can improve marketing and operations.
• Willing to travel to visit clients approximately once a year, per client, or as needed
