This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.
• Supervise and manage a portfolio of Paid Media accounts.
• Provide direct assistance to client contacts.
• Engage in weekly communications with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, quality of work, and potential improvements to the working relationship.
• Foster referrals through client relationships and your professional network.
• Develop strategies for clients on a quarterly basis.
• Possess the capability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of client positioning and their unique value propositions.
• Ensure lead routing accuracy within a CRM system.
• Recognize the significance of Programmatic campaigns.
• Take responsibility for personal productivity and resource utilization.
• Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to guarantee that both internal and client objectives are met.
• Implement and refine PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients within an agency environment.
• Extensive expertise in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Proficient in using advertising platforms and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, such as keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and enhance campaign performance.
• Ability to drive results and measure them via OCT.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts that can be measured.
• A distinctive perspective on how to generate value for SaaS.
• Skill in translating and articulating strategy and storytelling with data.
• A blend of competitiveness and curiosity; you are a genuine problem solver.
• Capacity to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• You are quality-focused and have retained your passion for advertising.
• Motivated to stay ahead of industry trends, including a proactive approach to learning how AI and automation can improve marketing and operations.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients approximately once a year, or as needed.
