Senior Package Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Spearheading the innovation of advanced microelectronics packaging for the Nvidia Networking Business Unit's upcoming products

• Partnering with industry-leading vendors to create ambitious packaging solutions

• Leading task forces to investigate and address production discrepancies, conduct failure analysis, and resolve reliability challenges

• Conducting failure investigations and offering production support for high-volume products

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of complex processes (including warpage, heat, optics, adhesives, etc.)

• Proven experience collaborating with subcontractors and vendors

• Clear vision and focus for projects and team dynamics

• Inquisitive and inventive problem solver, skilled in organization and multitasking

• Team-oriented with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Strong awareness of quality, manufacturability, and project timelines

• Demonstrated success in packaging development

• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and optical systems
