This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the lead for the OCM and Communications workstream, responsible for the strategy, execution, and results across intricate transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance to executive sponsors and senior leaders on change-related risks, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategies, delivering clear recommendations and actionable insights.
• Convert complex technology and operational initiatives into straightforward communications, executive messaging, and actionable change roadmaps.
• Create structure and foster momentum in uncertain environments by swiftly assessing needs, aligning stakeholders, and advancing work.
• Design and implement comprehensive OCM strategies, which include change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, readiness planning, training strategies, and post-go-live reinforcement.
• Lead cross-functional alignment sessions to clarify requirements, address concerns, and cultivate collective ownership of outcomes.
• Align OCM workstreams with PMO timelines, governance frameworks, and program milestones to ensure coherence with overall delivery.
• Evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of change through adoption metrics, readiness indicators, feedback mechanisms, and executive reporting.
• Produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables while working independently and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Assume full responsibility for workstream results, ensuring that OCM initiatives directly contribute to program success and business objectives.
• You possess 8–12+ years of experience in leading organizational change within complex, matrixed enterprise settings, ideally in consulting or transformation-centric roles.
• You have effectively managed OCM workstreams for enterprise-level transformations that involve business process changes and enabling technologies such as ERP, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems.
• You exhibit strong executive presence and are confident in advising, influencing, and challenging senior leaders.
• You operate autonomously and take complete ownership, instilling structure, clarity, and momentum without requiring direction or oversight.
• You think strategically and act tactically, with a readiness to get hands-on and deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs.
• You possess strong business acumen and understand the intersection of technology, operations, and people in driving business results.
• You are flexible and self-driven, comfortable navigating uncertainty and changing requirements in dynamic consulting environments.
