This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Take ownership of and implement our organic growth strategy, focusing on SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), organic social media, and content distribution.
β’ Create high-quality content, including articles, landing pages, social media posts, and distribution materials, that achieves high rankings, garners citations, and attracts qualified traffic.
β’ Conduct technical and on-page SEO activities such as keyword research, site structure optimization, internal linking, metadata enhancement, and content optimization for organic search.
β’ Enhance our content to ensure it is highlighted and cited by AI answer engines and large language models (LLMs), which are becoming essential discovery channels.
β’ Oversee and expand our organic social media channels by developing distribution playbooks that maximize the reach of each content piece.
β’ Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance, using insights gained to inform future initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with product and other marketing teams to produce content that is not only well-crafted but also effectively targeted β including guiding design direction through AI-generated or outsourced visuals.
β’ Demonstrate experience in building organic channels from the ground up or significantly scaling existing ones, whether starting from scratch (0 to 1) or accelerating successful initiatives (1 to 10).
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in organic marketing, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic, rankings, or audience engagement.
β’ In-depth knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, and familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console.
β’ Expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), with a strong understanding of how to structure and craft content to be featured and cited by AI answer engines and in featured snippet results.
β’ Proven ability in content development β capable of researching, writing, and editing compelling content that is genuinely valuable, not just optimized for search.
β’ Hands-on experience in growing and managing brand channels organically on social media (without relying on paid promotions).
β’ A well-defined strategy for content distribution that effectively places content in front of target audiences, rather than simply publishing and hoping for visibility.
β’ An analytical mindset, comfortable with setting up tracking, interpreting data, and allowing insights to shape strategic direction.
