Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive configuration and support of Oracle HCM Cloud processes, encompassing incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.

• Collect and document business requirements, converting them into functional designs, configuration specifications, and standard Oracle HCM solutions.

• Configure, test, and implement changes to the Oracle HCM system, including workflows, approval rules, security roles, fast formulas, business rules, page customizations, and reports.

• Conduct and support unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Create test plans and scripts, manage defect triage, and facilitate issue resolution.

• Deliver production support through incident investigation, root cause analysis, data correction advice, and collaboration with technical, integration, and Oracle support teams.

• Create and maintain functional documentation, process maps, configuration workbooks, solution designs, knowledge articles, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Assist with integrations and address downstream impacts across enterprise systems.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing HR processes, enhancing self-service, boosting automation, and increasing user adoption.

• Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) training and knowledge transfer.

• Provide guidance on Oracle HCM best practices, release management, and quarterly update effects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Core HR, Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Learning and Performance Management.

• Proven experience supporting Oracle HCM within a Managed Services framework.

• Familiarity with the ITIL framework, including incident management, service requests, problem management, and change management within client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Capability to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions utilizing fit-to-standard and best-practice methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and the capacity to provide advisory services to clients.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in facilitating workshops, analyzing business requirements, and converting them into functional solutions and process enhancements.

• Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities, particularly in complex incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

• Competence in collaborating effectively with technical teams, integration specialists, security administrators, and business stakeholders.

• Experience in Recruitment, Workforce Compensation, and Absence Management is desirable.

• Experience in the utilities sector is a plus.
