Senior Oracle ERP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and support customizations, extensions, and integrations within Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12 modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and more.

• Create, develop, and sustain Oracle Forms and Reports to fulfill business requirements.

• Write and enhance PL/SQL code, encompassing packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

• Create and manage Oracle Workflows and BI Publisher reports.

• Conduct data migration, develop interfaces, and facilitate API integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with Oracle ERP applications.

• Work closely with functional business analysts and users to collect and evaluate requirements.

• Engage in code reviews, unit testing, system integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Document technical designs, development processes, and modifications.

• Assist with upgrades and patching activities between Oracle 11i and R12 environments.

• Keep abreast of Oracle ERP best practices, new features, and upgrades.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12 development.

• Willingness to travel 30% of the time, with up to 50% during project execution.

• Ability to recognize customer needs and comprehend how to deliver business value through well-designed solutions.

• Capacity to learn industry-specific software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred: Oracle Development Certifications.

• Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms and Reports development.

• Skilled in PL/SQL programming and database objects.

• Experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and BI Publisher.

• Knowledgeable in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, HRMS, or others.

• Experience using data migration tools like SQL*Loader, APIs, and interfaces.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

• Knowledge of Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) is an asset.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Experienced with Oracle ERP upgrade processes from 11i to R12 and code retrofits.

• Holds both technical and soft skills Oracle E-Business Suite Developer Certification.

• Experienced with concurrent programs and interface development.

• Exposure to Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Web Services.

• Familiar with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
