This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The EiPaaS Developer position is part of the Operations department and entails full ownership of the EiPaaS application (Bridgegate) and its associated environment.
• Ensure the precise, timely, and compliant handling of 834 electronic files, provider files, and other items processed via the EiPaaS/Bridgegate application, while overseeing all Bridgegate workflows across the enterprise.
• Oversee end-to-end processing of HIPAA-compliant healthcare EDI transaction sets, including 834 enrollment files, with knowledge of 837 claims and 270/271 eligibility transactions.
• Create, configure, and sustain templates for new 834 electronic files as business requirements evolve.
• Supervise all EiPaaS/Bridgegate workflows, extending beyond just 834 transactions.
• Develop and execute thorough logging, alerting, and monitoring processes to capture EDI transaction logs, metadata, and automated alerts for any anomalies in data processing.
• Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to EiPaaS.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of templates, workflows, transaction logic, and monitoring controls.
• Associate’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in operations, EDI processing, healthcare enrollment, or managing systems workflows.
• 1-2 years of direct experience with 834 electronic files and an understanding of EDI file structures.
• Familiarity with Bridgegate or a similar integration or data workflow platform.
• Proven experience in monitoring automated workflows and troubleshooting production issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data mappings and verify file outputs.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools.
