• Engage in extensive travel (up to 75%) to assist with fielding, training, and operational deployment at military sites.
• Offer hands-on assistance to Warfighters regarding system configuration, validation, customization, and training.
• Act as the operational link between users and engineering teams to assess system performance and address issues.
• Gather user feedback, workflows, and mission requirements to guide product development and enhancements.
• Aid in the development and execution of Tactical NetOps capabilities that align with Army operational needs.
• Convert operational concepts into technical requirements and actionable development inputs.
• Validate operational use cases and identify deficiencies in current system capabilities.
• Create and present high-quality briefings, reports, and training materials for stakeholders.
• Enhance training documentation and operational guides when not deployed.
• Work collaboratively across functions to convey complex operational insights clearly and effectively.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Army tactical signal operations, networking systems, and radio communications.
• Previous service as a Warrant Officer, Commissioned Officer, or Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO).
• Experience in the 25, 26, or 255 series MOS / Signal Corps / related functional areas.
• In-depth knowledge of Army tactical networks and communications equipment at Division level and below.
• Demonstrated ability to function in both technical and operational settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience interfacing with military leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Capability to work autonomously in high-tempo, geographically dispersed environments.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and presenting operational data and insights.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard productivity tools.
