This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the reliability and resilience of enterprise identity services that facilitate secure access for a global workforce.
• Ensure that authentication, provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes function smoothly across essential platforms, influencing employee productivity and security posture.
• Take ownership of operational excellence within IAM systems, integrating deep technical knowledge with data-driven insights to minimize friction, enhance detection accuracy, and expedite resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate observability and AIOps signals to identify authentication failures, provisioning delays, and emerging identity risks.
• Correlate events across IAM platforms and interdependent systems to pinpoint root causes and hasten incident resolution.
• Enhance signal quality by refining alert thresholds, suppression logic, and detection rules to decrease operational noise.
• Validate and improve automated remediation workflows to bolster system resilience and lessen manual intervention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reinforce IAM reliability across cloud, network, security, and endpoint ecosystems.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of identity event data to support effective monitoring, reporting, and automation.
• Promote continuous improvement by participating in post-incident analyses and identifying scalable solutions for recurring issues.
• Assist in identity lifecycle processes by addressing failures and optimizing provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
• Contribute to onboarding readiness for new applications by ensuring IAM monitoring and operational requirements are fulfilled.
• Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura) in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in IAM operations, identity platforms, or enterprise IT operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English for collaboration in global operational settings.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, SSO, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
• Practical experience administering and supporting Okta in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access operations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot SSO, provisioning workflows, authentication failures, and certificate issues.
• Solid grasp of incident management, event correlation, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in complex operational landscapes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to convert technical challenges into actionable insights.
