Senior Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and execute the operational framework necessary for the nationwide rollout of screens.

• Manage and expand essential areas: hardware logistics, installation, and service operations.

• Assemble and lead a team skilled in high-stakes negotiation and cost efficiency.

• Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing operations team.

• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and performance benchmarks.

• Take responsibility for the operations budget.

• Work collaboratively with the Business Development team to synchronize operational timelines.

• Collaborate with Product and Content teams.

• Identify, onboard, and supervise vendors for installation, service, warehousing, and logistics.

• Establish tracking systems to monitor installation quality.

• Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.

• Propel continuous improvements in installation workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of operations experience in dynamic, multi-market environments.

• Bilingual proficiency (both verbal and written) in Mandarin Chinese and English.

• Proven track record in vendor negotiations, cost reduction, quality assurance, and disciplined operational execution across various markets.

• Experience collaborating with third-party logistics (3PLs), warehousing networks, installation partners, or service vendors.

• Demonstrated success in lowering operational unit costs.

• Strong financial insight, including experience in managing departmental budgets.

• Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.

• Hands-on operator with a systems-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with project management and logistics tools; experience in implementing operational software or workflow systems is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
