Senior Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily RPM operations, which encompass patient enrollment, device deployment, operational workflows, and billing activities.

• Create scalable operational processes and standardized protocols.

• Facilitate the expansion of RPM enrollment across provider networks.

• Track operational KPIs, including activation rates, enrollment figures, retention levels, and billing capture.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at operational enhancements to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Supervise operational teams, including enrollment personnel, device logistics, and billing staff.

• Collaborate with the finance department to monitor program revenue, cost per patient, and profit margins.

• Ensure adherence to CMS RPM billing regulations (CPT 99453, 99454, 99457, 99458).

• Work together with clinical, IT, and product teams to integrate new digital health technologies.

• Recruit, train, and mentor operational team members.

• Design staffing models to accommodate program growth.

• Conduct performance assessments and provide coaching.

• Promote a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.

• Manage RPM operational budgets effectively.

• Monitor revenue generated per patient per month (PMPM).

• Ensure compliance with accurate billing and documentation standards.

• Enhance operational cost-per-patient metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN) is preferred.

• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare operations.

• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Familiarity with telehealth, remote patient monitoring, population health, or care management programs.
