Senior Online Marketing – Social Ads, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Management of campaigns: strategizing and overseeing Social Ads initiatives on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok, focusing on our corporate marketing efforts.

• Development of creatives, audience-specific copywriting, and funnel construction.

• Execution of innovative concepts for digital campaigns, creating new formats and experimenting with fresh strategies.

• Continuous market trend analysis and competitor evaluation to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.

• Evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ongoing campaign refinement in terms of budget efficiency and lead quality.

• Proactive involvement in shaping the marketing strategy in partnership with our Performance Marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a preference for content creation.

• Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Figma, Adobe (Creative Cloud), or similar applications.

• A creative flair for social media trends, excellent copywriting abilities, and a keen eye for design.

• A proactive approach and willingness to embrace new tools, ideas, and innovative methods.

• Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
