This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Full accountability for creating a qualified pipeline within the B2B SaaS sector, emphasizing revenue impact rather than mere lead generation.
• Formulate and execute an AI- and data-driven strategy for growth and demand generation throughout the entire sales funnel, adopting an AI-first approach.
• Independently strategize, implement, and scale performance marketing initiatives (PPC, LinkedIn, SEO, retargeting, etc.) with a focus on pipeline development and return on investment.
• Create and operationalize scalable outreach strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, email, data-driven campaigns) in close collaboration with the Sales team.
• Innovate and deploy AI-powered marketing and outreach methods to enhance efficiency and personalization.
• Establish and continuously refine a content system that actively supports pipeline generation rather than solely branding.
• Enhance the website for conversions and LLMs (SEO for AI-driven search / GEO), prioritizing demand capture.
• Take ownership of key performance indicators such as Pipeline Contribution, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and Marketing ROI, along with formulating actionable plans.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team on campaigns, messaging, targeting, and follow-ups to ensure seamless alignment between Marketing and Sales.
• Regularly assess the market, ideal customer profile, and competitors to refine positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Multiple years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing.
• Extensive proficiency in utilizing AI tools for marketing, sales, automation, and personalization, adhering to an AI-first philosophy.
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, retargeting) coupled with outbound/outreach strategies (essential).
• Demonstrated success in lead generation with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and data-driven targeting of ideal customers.
• Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of KPI frameworks, attribution, dashboards, and reporting.
• Knowledge of contemporary SEO techniques, including optimization for AI-driven search systems (LLMs / GEO).
• Strong sales insight and the capability to consistently align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• High level of ownership, exceptional execution skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
