This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Comprehensive responsibility for generating a qualified pipeline in the B2B SaaS segment, focusing on revenue impact rather than just leads.
• Development and execution of an AI and data-driven growth and demand generation strategy across the entire funnel (AI-first approach).
• Independent planning, implementation, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn, SEO, retargeting, etc.) with an emphasis on pipeline and ROI.
• Conceptualization and operational execution of scalable outreach strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, email, data-driven campaigns) in close coordination with sales.
• Development and implementation of innovative AI-powered marketing and outreach approaches to enhance efficiency and personalization.
• Establishment and continuous optimization of a content system that actively contributes to pipeline generation (not just branding).
• Website optimization for conversions as well as for LLMs (SEO for AI-based search / GEO) focusing on demand capture.
• Ownership of key KPIs such as pipeline contribution, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and marketing ROI, including clear derivation of actions.
• Close operational collaboration with the sales team (e.g., on campaigns, messaging, targeting, follow-ups) to seamlessly align marketing and sales.
• Ongoing analysis of market, ICP, and competitors to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing.
• Extensive experience in utilizing AI tools for marketing, sales, automation, and personalization (AI-first approach).
• Deep expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, retargeting) as well as outbound/outreach approaches (must-have).
• Proven track record in lead generation and a hands-on mentality.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and data-driven targeting of desired customers.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with KPI frameworks, attribution, dashboards, and reporting.
• Understanding of modern SEO approaches, including optimization for AI-based search systems (LLMs / GEO).
• Strong sales understanding and the ability to consistently align marketing activities with revenue goals.
• High level of personal responsibility, execution strength, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
