This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the deployment strategy for a diverse range of clients
• Strategically plan, organize, and manage all stages of the deployment lifecycle to guarantee timely delivery
• Actively engage in managing project objectives and motivate teams to achieve clients’ business goals by addressing issues, risks, decisions, and action items
• Work collaboratively across various departments, including sales, product, and support, to find solutions that meet our clients' needs and ensure we surpass expectations in achieving objectives
• Interact with different stakeholders, including senior leadership teams (C-level executives, senior leaders) and project-level contributors such as cloud service consultants, product management, and engineering
• Challenge, provide recommendations, and guide teams while managing client expectations throughout the engagement
• Assess project objectives, formulate a strategy to fulfill those objectives, and drive project team members, client stakeholders/SMEs, and potentially other third parties to reach those goals while considering the client environment and any execution constraints
• Extensive experience in leading the delivery of enterprise-level customer deployment projects
• Management of technical projects involving both client and vendor participants and stakeholders
• Comprehension of the value proposition offered by Ping Identity
• Capability to present to C-level executives (CIO, CEO, CTO, CISO, etc.), as well as to technical subject matter experts
• Familiarity with technology principles and services encompassing infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms, and consumer-facing technology
• Knowledge of project management best practices for large, complex projects, including enterprise cloud migration or cloud deployment initiatives
• Ability to lead individuals, teams, or multiple groups effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences at all levels
• Experience in planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications
• ‘Player Coach’ mentality - managing the client relationship and undertaking necessary actions to ensure success
• Strong people management skills, including the capacity to influence, negotiate, and achieve results
• Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and escalations under pressure
• Willingness to travel to client sites for professional service delivery as needed (less than 25% travel)
