This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Conduct engaging and effective firmwide virtual onboarding sessions for new hires on a weekly basis.
• Create, organize, and deliver onboarding experiences tailored to various hire types, along with unique organizational integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance onboarding processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a positive experience for new hires.
• Address onboarding challenges, anticipate requirements, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Maintain and improve onboarding resources and materials for accuracy, relevance, and uniformity.
• Manage onboarding communications to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
• Act as the primary contact for onboarding inquiries, offering guidance and resolving issues.
• Create and distribute the New Hire Newsletter.
• Oversee the onboarding welcome program, including vendor management and billing.
• Acquire knowledge of Crowe’s core business operations and convey essential points to new hires.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Prior experience in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Demonstrate diplomacy, confidentiality, and confidence when managing sensitive information.
• Ability to present complex content with assurance, enthusiasm, engagement, and professionalism.
• Highly effective and polished verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of multiple initiatives, prioritization of competing tasks, and adherence to deadlines.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, while delivering precise, high-quality work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and adaptable environment.
• Openness to new challenges, opportunities, and ongoing learning.
• Familiarity with instructional design is considered a plus.
