Senior Offensive Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Leading offensive security initiatives from conception to execution and reporting.

• Simulating real-world attacks to identify vulnerabilities within our systems, infrastructure, and products.

• Collaborating with engineering and security teams to enhance detection, response, and resilience.

• Adopting an attacker mindset in discussions by asking “what if?” and questioning assumptions.

• Developing proof-of-concept exploits to effectively illustrate risks and motivate meaningful solutions.

• Mentoring team members and serving as an independent technical lead on complex projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a strong attacker mindset and have a natural curiosity about how systems can be compromised.

• You have hands-on experience in offensive security across domains such as web, mobile, cloud, or infrastructure.

• You are comfortable working with modern tech stacks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, microservices) or are eager to learn.

• You can take charge of ambiguous challenges and drive them to achieve impactful results.

• You enjoy collaborating with others and influencing teams to adopt more secure practices.

• You have experience in security testing and/or hold relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CREST).
