This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct a diverse portfolio of medium-sized or individual large-scale OEM initiatives, concentrating on business expansion, opportunity creation, technological advancements, and maintaining stable relationships with clients, partners, and agencies while ensuring operational excellence across all products and services.

• Provide consultation, advice, and recommendations on software, technical, and digital strategies for clients through regular virtual and in-person meetings and communications, while remaining informed on industry trends and all product offerings and services.

• Foster close working relationships with external and internal leaders across various functional areas and client/partner counterparts to ensure a consistent communication flow regarding all program initiatives to maximize success.

• Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager to manage task intake from OEM clients, including alignment on request triage, scope definition, outcome expectations, development hour allocations or budget, and establishing clear timelines and deliverable expectations.

• Work alongside the Technical Program Manager to communicate updates and maintain accurate project status assessments for OEM clients and internal business stakeholders.

• Initiate and cooperate on objectives for OEM programs that align with both business and technical goals, measuring and communicating progress toward these objectives.

• Responsible for understanding health scores and satisfaction levels across all programs, identifying areas for enhancement, and resolving issues in collaboration with technical teams.

• Implement change, risk, and resource management strategies to balance program needs and enhance operations in partnership with internal departments.

• Lead across programs and projects to uphold strategies and processes for continuous improvement in client and program performance, including analyzing and deriving actionable insights from aggregated program product performance data.

• Maintain a roadmap for program business strategies and client-requested projects and objectives, partnering with leadership and the Technical Program Manager for prioritization and resource allocation.

• Keep leadership updated through progress reports and risk/opportunity assessments.

• Ensure program profitability (revenue versus cost) and opportunity by providing regular updates and tracking performance.

• Collaborate with leadership to create and refine strategic objectives for current and future programs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Program Brand and compliance requirements, technical integration and specifications, contract terms, performance SLAs, product performance reporting deliverables, billing reconciliations, governance, and market share analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, digital marketing, computer science, software engineering, technology/project management, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience in program, product, or project management or similar roles.

• Prior experience in Business to Business relationships with OEMs or large dealer groups.

• Proven track record of managing high-value accounts/programs successfully, preferably in the automotive sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in program, product, project management, and SDLC methodologies.

• Strong ability to balance stakeholder interests through negotiation and organizational acumen.

• Experience in managing teams and leading through influence.

• Experienced in managing executive-level or high-value accounts with outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service abilities and a deep understanding of client needs.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and delivery skills to engage both clients and team members.

• Must be able to present effectively both over the phone and in person.

• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of software, technology, and digital marketing, along with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Strong performance with remarkable organizational and process management skills, capable of executing a roadmap and plan effectively.

• Ability to comprehend technical tasks across various software applications, tech stacks, and systems, with experience in collaborating with software development teams.

• Familiarity with product lifecycle development, Agile, and other SDLC methodologies.

• Knowledge of software, technical, and digital products.

• Understanding of website infrastructure and technology.

• Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (Google GA4).

• Knowledge of SEO principles and fundamentals.

• Experience in digital advertising/media.

• Required Certifications: Google Analytics/Ads.
