This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Evaluate OCM and operational preparedness.
• Organize both virtual and in-person meetings with government clients, leading the coordination and collaboration among various business units.
• Participate in meetings involving diverse client stakeholder groups.
• Identify and articulate organizational target state requirements based on written materials and verbal communications with stakeholders.
• Recognize and document challenges, obstacles, and decisions related to organizational design, providing rationale and recommendations to mitigate resistance to change.
• Create and implement communication strategies.
• Establish methods for fostering enduring organizational resiliency and change capacity across various organizational units, along with transitioning key change management responsibilities and activities to them.
• Utilize behavioral tools to evaluate the impact of change on organizations, incorporating assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
• Outline activities that support change and transition initiatives.
• Develop and deliver user adoption and training programs related to our technology solutions.
• Collaborate directly with clients and end-users to facilitate change.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external customers.
• Review and test all deliverables to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in management consulting, change management, or organizational/business transformation within consulting or industry roles.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in communicating and interacting with senior management and clients.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in OCM with system and/or IT implementations; ERP experience is highly desirable.
• Strong technical and creative writing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of working independently or with minimal direction when necessary.
• Familiarity or experience with VA is strongly preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Competent in engaging with SMEs, end-users, and client stakeholders across the organization.
• Highly skilled in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
