📋 Description

• Design challenging clinical tasks that feature advanced-practice nursing scenarios.

• Formulate top-tier solutions addressing differential diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and clinical decision-making.

• Create scenarios that involve high-acuity presentations, multi-morbidity, and complex diagnostic challenges.

• Assess AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, completeness, and real-world applicability.

• Analyze pharmacologic treatment plans, prescribing rationale, contraindications, and risk-benefit assessments within the defined scope of practice.

• Authenticate clinical scenarios that incorporate laboratory results, imaging, patient history, and multi-system presentations.

• Review and adjust outputs from other contributors to align with established clinical quality benchmarks.

• Implement evaluation rubrics consistently across intricate advanced-practice cases.

• Recognize authentic clinical edge cases and ambiguous evaluation standards.

• Engage in calibration and revision cycles to enhance clinical accuracy and task quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 8–15 years of experience in advanced-practice nursing within primary, acute, or specialty care settings.

• Active clinical practice experience within the past 3 years.

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.

• A current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license or an equivalent regional credential.

• Active or recent Nurse Practitioner board certification, such as FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, or a comparable specialty certification.

• Extensive experience in complex differential diagnosis, clinical risk stratification, and multi-system care planning.

• Practical experience in pharmacotherapeutic management and prescribing within the applicant's scope of practice.
