Senior Node.js / Express Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Integration of user-oriented elements crafted by front-end developers with back-end logic.

• Developing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

• Designing and implementing applications that are low-latency, high-availability, and perform optimally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Node.js and its frameworks, including Express, Sails.js, and others.

• Comprehension of asynchronous programming and its nuances along with effective workarounds.

• Solid understanding of server-side templating languages like Jade, EJS, and similar.

• Good grasp of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, and Scss.

• Proficient knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3.

• Awareness of accessibility standards and security compliance.

• Experience with user authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments.

• Ability to integrate various data sources and databases into a unified system.

• Understanding of the fundamental design principles that support scalable applications.

• Knowledge of the differences between various delivery platforms, such as mobile and desktop, and optimizing outputs accordingly.

• Capability to create database schemas that accurately represent and support business processes.

• Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, particularly Git.
