Senior Node Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess and detail both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Design and implement solutions with an emphasis on architecture, including design patterns, microservices, and integration.

• Create and sustain Node.js + React applications, covering back-end, front-end, and integration aspects.

• Draft technical documentation and assist in project management activities.

• Collaborate effectively with business, UX, and product teams to develop efficient solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

• Strong experience in back-end development utilizing Node.js with TypeScript.

• Familiarity with frameworks like Express, NestJS, or Fastify.

• Proficiency in front-end development using React with TypeScript.

• Experience in developing and utilizing RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge in microservices architecture.

• Understanding and practical application of SOLID principles in software development.

• Acquaintance with Clean Architecture and optimal practices for code organization.

• Experience in data modeling at conceptual, logical, and physical levels.

• Familiarity with ORMs such as TypeORM or Prisma.

• Experience with both relational databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• Proficient in implementing automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) utilizing tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or React Testing Library.

• Experience managing version control via Git (GitLab, GitHub, or similar).

• Knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

• Relevant certifications or coursework (minimum 130 hours) in technologies such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, TypeORM, Git, SOLID, and agile practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
