Senior Network Representative – Pittsburg or Cleveland territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manages high-level contracting and renegotiations with major and strategic provider groups, as well as PHOs.

• Oversees the contracting initiatives for entering new expansion markets.

• Facilitates advanced provider education in-services.

• Creates PowerPoint presentations for provider education sessions.

• Participates in Quarterly Health Plan Sales meetings and provides monthly recruitment reports.

• Collaborates closely with the Senior Network Operations Specialist and Senior Credentialing Specialist.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in provider relations within the department and healthcare, including contracting with physicians, facilities, and ancillary services.

• A valid driver's license (not restricted or suspended).

• Extensive proven advanced knowledge of managed care contracting and reimbursement methodologies.

• Familiarity with the functions and activities of health plans.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Office Products.
