This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Contact Center infrastructure.

• Direct collaboration with global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience providing solutions on CCaaS platforms.

• Proven experience with NICE inContact or CXone and practical knowledge of the Studio Scripting Tool.

• Strong command of Contact Center technological tools: ACD, IVR, QM, and WFM.

• Advanced English (C1) is essential.
