Senior NetSuite Consultant – SaaS, PS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic consultant by implementing advanced NetSuite solutions for a diverse client portfolio.

• Oversee comprehensive project delivery for multiple clients at once.

• Facilitate discussions with team members and clients to identify business requirements and outline complex accounting workflows.

• Configure and tailor NetSuite instances with a focus on Suite Billing, ARM, and Multi-book functionalities.

• Produce thorough functional and technical requirement documentation.

• Manage the project lifecycle from the initial phase through data migration, system integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Contribute to data migration efforts and system integrations.

• Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions.

• Report directly to a Delivery Manager as part of a cross-functional team of Business Analysts and Project Managers.

• Foster ongoing business relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and configuring NetSuite ERP.

• Demonstrated experience in a service-oriented or consulting environment.

• Experience engaging with external clients rather than solely functioning as an internal administrator.

• Strong comprehension of accounting principles.

• Ability to discuss ASC 606, intercompany configurations, and advanced revenue treatments with confidence.

• Practical experience with the implementation of ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), Suite Billing, Multi-book Accounting, and intercompany configurations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations and partner products like Avalara and HubSpot.

• A forward-looking perspective on AI within the NetSuite ecosystem (NetSuite Next).

• NetSuite certifications are advantageous.

• Professional accounting or finance qualifications, such as CPA, are welcomed.

• Preferred experience with Suite Projects, Suite Analytics, advanced financial reporting, and NetSuite workflow automation and customizations.

• Experience supporting SaaS subscription models and professional services automation workflows is preferred.

• Background in managing multi-subsidiary or global NetSuite environments is a plus.

• Exposure to NetSuite CPQ, Suite Projects, and Suite Analytics is beneficial.

• Familiarity with SuiteScript or advanced workflow automation is considered a technical asset.
