Senior NetSuite Consultant – Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery sessions and align manufacturing and distribution needs with NetSuite best practices.

• Oversee and execute intricate NetSuite implementation projects, encompassing solution design and project management.

• Recognize and communicate project limitations, challenges, risks, constraints, and dependencies.

• Carry out comprehensive NetSuite configuration, including intricate business logic, custom fields, and workflows.

• Act as a subject matter expert in manufacturing and distribution workflows.

• Advise clients on cost accounting, landed costs, preventive maintenance, work-in-progress (WIP) and routing, demand planning, and inventory valuation.

• Design and lead internal quality assurance efforts and assist clients with User Acceptance Testing to ensure system stability and data integrity.

• Assign tasks to analysts and support their professional development.

• Actively mitigate project risks in collaboration with the project management team, senior consultants, and architects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in implementing NetSuite within Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, or Field Services Management processes.

• In-depth understanding of NetSuite core configuration, including complex business logic.

• Familiarity with Waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficient in spreadsheet-level data transformations.

• Knowledge of best practices within the NetSuite ecosystem.

• Previous experience in project management and solution design.

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification is highly desirable.

• Extensive expertise in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, asset management, and Item Management processes.

• Experience with implementing Advanced Inventory, Work Orders & Assemblies, Advanced Manufacturing, Demand Planning, WIP & Routings, MRP, NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, and complex Landed Cost configurations.

• Experience with Field Service Management features such as Core Service Tasking, Dispatch Boards, Mobile Application orchestration, Offline Data Sync, Preventive Maintenance scheduling, Asset Lifecycle Management, Van Stock/Truck Inventory optimization, and SLA & Warranty tracking.

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is an advantage.

• Experience with NetSuite Ship Central or third-party shipping/WMS integrations like RF-Smart, Highjump, Pacejet, or ShipStation.

• Proficiency with Jira and Google Workspace.

• Ability to work remotely within LATAM.
